Toronto based Sparks Productions was founded in 1991 by Executive Producer Andy Crosbie. Sparks is one of the industry’s early practitioners of giving clients a wide variety of directorial talent to consider while working alongside trusted local producers and crew.

With transparency being one of the company’s corner stones, Sparks has developed through the decades a network of relationships with directors and other production companies around the world. It has also led to Sparks becoming known as a consistent and reliable provider of production services to foreign producers wanting to execute productions in Canada.

Josh Feder

Bio

Josh is the directing half of producer/director duo Saul & Josh. He is represented by Agile Films in the UK and creates commercials rooted in the real, with a heavy focus on casting and performance combined with energetic and sometimes unexpected camera movement, using hidden cuts and seamless transitions to guide the viewer through emotional narratives.

His interest in elevating truthful and honest stories has seen him create work for clients such as LinkedIn, The NHS, and the BBC, as well as creative work for charities such as The Children’s society and Muslim Aid. Josh has just wrapped shooting his second BFI-funded short film while developing his first longform project with Agile Films.
