A Creative-Director turned filmmaker, Mary-Sue specializes in brilliantly observed comedy performance work.
She has worked with many advertising agencies and TV networks including Comedy Central and The BBC (where she trained at Elstree Studios in performance direction).
Mary-Sue’s agency background and transition to directing means she has tremendous experience in taking commercials and content from script to screen. No better is this in evidence than with her Haribo ‘Kid’s Voices’ campaign.
Named as the most impactful ad of 2015 by Nielsen, it was also nominated at Cannes, and the 2016 Craft Awards for ‘Best Use of Recorded Sound’ . The campaign has since gone global, and she shot two new spots for the U.S. Market through Sparks in Toronto.
In between making commercials, Mary-Sue is currently developing a comedy mini-series.
